送金会員登録のお申込み方法 - How to Register for Remittance Membership -
まずは、下記までお電話ください。
ご登録に必要な書類一式をご自宅にお送りします。

◯送金受取人複数登録用紙 Beneficiary List Form
◯記入例 Example of Description
◯約款 Terms and Conditions (Japanese)
◯重要事項説明書 Extracts of Important Articles (English)
◯返信用封筒 Return Envelope (Free Postage)
（１）記入例に従ってご記入・ご署名頂いた外国送金登録依頼書兼告知書
（お客様控えもはがさずに（一緒に）ご返送下さい。）
（２）送金受取人複数登録がある場合は送金受取人複数登録用紙
（３）現住所の記載のある日本の運転免許証・外国人登録証などの表裏両面コピー
（１）Filled-out and signed Remittance Application & Registration with Declaration Form
(Including the duplicate copy. Please do not detach the pages.)
（２）Beneficiary List Form (Only when there is more than one beneficiary.)
（３）Front-back photocopy of a valid Japanese Driver's License or Alien Registration Card
with present address.
登録から完了まで - Completion of Registration and Remittance -
書類を確認させていただき登録が完了いたしますと、弊社よりメンバーズカードが書留にて送付されます。
メンバーズカードをお受け取りになられた後、お電話で送金が可能となります。
After the registration is completed, a membership card will be sent to you by registered mail.
As soon as you receive the membership card, you can start remittance by a phone call.
※お急ぎの場合には - For expedite proceedings -
弊社カウンターにお越しいただければ、その場で登録と送金を同時にしていただけます。お越しの際には、現住所の記載のある日本の運転免許証・外国人登録証などをお持ち下さい。現住所変更を行っていない書類の場合は、弊社までご相談ください。
We also offer expedite registration and remittance for walk-in customers. You can complete your membership registration and remittance in our office at the same time. Please bring your Japanese Driver's License or Alien Registration Card with your present address stated. If you have moved or your address stated on your ID is incorrect, you may contact us at any of the numbers listed below.
